Prior to joining ThompsonBaker in 2000 as a Financial Advisor and Manager of the Financial Services department, Alan worked for Banc of America Investment Services. He has over 19 years of experience and holds his securities Series 7, 24, 63, and 65 registrations held with LPL Financial and is licensed with the State of Florida Department of Insurance to transact health and life insurance. Alan is originally from Croatia and is married to Erin and has 3 children.

Patrick Lamb is a financial advisor with Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations through LPL Financial and is licensed with the State of Florida Department of Insurance to provide life and health insurance solutions. He holds the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) designation from the American College of Financial Services. He is also a Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) conferred by the American College.
Patrick works closely with families and business owners to set clear goals, develop customized financial plans, and provide ongoing support at every stage.
Before joining ThompsonBaker in 2024, Patrick pursued a career in professional golf and later held positions at Fidelity Investments as an equity trader and at Northwestern Mutual as a financial advisor and field director.
Originally from Lake Wales, Florida, Patrick now lives in Jacksonville with his wife, Melissa, their daughter, Landon, and their mini-goldendoodle, Ryder. In his free time, he enjoys all sports, spending time at the beach with his family, and following the Florida Gators and Flagler Saints.
Kristie came to ThompsonBaker Financial in the summer of 2025 and has over 25 years of experience in office administration, project management and email marketing. Her strong background in customer service allows her to assist our clients with a professional and caring approach. When she’s away from the office, Kristie enjoys spending time with her family and live music.
Jenni Donovan Rios works directly with IFG advisors on their client marketing strategies. She develops and manages daily social media content and maintains digital campaigns to increase website traffic. In addition, Jenni collaborates with the IFG team to research market opportunities, identify new brand strategies, and increase advisor client acquisition and retention.
Originally from Boston, Jenni moved to Fort Lauderdale in the fall of 2018. She enjoys reading a good book in her free time, spending time at the beach, pilates and yoga, and traveling to new places.

Originally from New Jersey, Chrystal migrated to Georgia when she was 17. After graduating with a degree in Business Administration and Behavioral Science, she ended up staying in Georgia and raising a family. She enjoys expressing her creative side through painting and writing. Chrystal’s house is always full of laughter, good food, music, and family.

Crystal brings over a decade of experience supporting advisors to her position of Chief Compliance and Risk Officer. She is committed to achieving the highest level of regulatory compliance. Her responsibilities include obtaining and understanding FINRA, SEC, and state securities rules and regulations to support the growing and ever-changing needs of advisors and supervising the activities of LPL and IFG Advisory Advisors.
Her area of expertise include: Compliance, FINRA Regulations, SEC Regulations, Operations, LPL Financial policies, and Integrated Financial Group policies. She received her B.A. in Finance from the University of Florida, holds her Series 7, 24, 66 and the AIF®, IACCP® designations.
Karen Cooke-Thomas
Director of Operations
Integrated Financial Group
Karen has been working as Operations and Human Resources Manager from Integrated Financial Group’s inception. Both advisors and their assistants are her direct clients. Her main objective is to assist the Co-CEO, Land Bridgers, in creating a professional and responsive environment for the advisors, their assistants, and their clients.
Outside the office, Karen is actively involved in Prison, Nursing Home, Community Services, and Seniors Ministries in her church. She likes to read, travel, study prophecies of the Bible, and take family vacations with her husband, Charles.
